The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (One Hundred Philippine Pesos) per transaction unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are disclosed in the Deposit section of your account.
GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your fil77 account balance instantly upon successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take between 5 minutes and 3 business hours depending on inter-bank processing times. fil77 will not be responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's systems or network conditions.
You may only deposit funds into your fil77 account from payment accounts and methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts where fil77 cannot verify sole ownership, or any form of borrowed funds intended to circumvent responsible gaming deposit limits are prohibited.
Deposit funds only from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts may be refused and returned, and the associated fil77 account may be suspended for investigation.
Withdrawal requests will only be processed once KYC verification is fully completed. A minimum of one successful deposit must have been made before any withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawals must be made to the same account or method used for the original deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.
GCash and Maya withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank are typically processed within 1 to 3 business hours during banking hours. fil77 targets same-day processing for all eligible withdrawal requests received before 11:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST).
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 (Two Hundred Philippine Pesos) per transaction. Maximum daily and monthly withdrawal limits may apply based on your account verification level, player tier, and the payment method selected. These limits are disclosed in your account's Withdrawal section.
Funds credited as bonus amounts are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms before they can be withdrawn. You may request the closure of your fil77 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon account closure, any remaining verified real-money balance (net of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be returned to your registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to KYC verification being complete and no outstanding compliance hold.

Where changes are material, fil77 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or through an in-Platform notification. Your continued use of the fil77 Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.2.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through fil77's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines, or the PAGCOR adjudicatory process, as applicable.
The English language version of these Terms & Conditions shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency with any translation.
